How long are the delivery times?

• The delivery times vary depending on the product.
• - Oil paintings - approx. 6 to 8 weeks
• - Charcoal drawings, sepia, pencil, pastel - 3 weeks approx. (EXPRESS 10 days)
• - Pop Art prints - approx. 5 days after approval of the proof
• - Caricatures - approx. 6 working days after your approval of the proof (EXPRESS poss.)

What conditions must a photo meet?

• If the details in your photo are well visible then we can use it as a guide. Your photo is suitable if it is at least 100kb in size. Naturally, pictures with higher resolution achieve better results. (However max. 2 MB please)! You can upload or send your photo as .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .png or .tiff.

I have concerns about safety. How am I protected from fraud?

• You can pay for your picture after you receive it. This is surely the greatest protection that we could offer you. In addition, we are a online shop with more than 20.000 satisfied customers.

Who are the artists?

• We work together with various national and international artists. Our very high level of customer satisfaction is an expression of the quality of our artists. Specialisation assures the optimum artistic result, in terms of product, painting style and subject.

Can I have my pictures framed?

• We always recommend our stretcher framing service for all canvas pictures. Tensioning the picture results in the best visual effect. Ideally, the selection of the most suitable decorative frame should be done with the finished picture, in situ, together with a framing specialist. We will be happy to recommend addresses near to you.

What sizes can you produce? Can I order a custom size?

• In principle, we can produce and ship pictures of any size. Please contact us.

Can I have individual pictures produced just as I want them?

• We would be happy to produce any pictures for you. Our artists are specialists in "matching" the original. We will happily remove backgrounds, people or unwanted objects. If desired, we can combine several photos into one piece of art, e.g. a collage with your favourite star.
  We will also happily bring your garden into bloom or revitalise your faded photos. Send us your photos and we will be happy to make you an offer, or place an order directly and let us know of any changes or amendments that you would like to make.

I have black and white photos. Can you produce a piece of art from these?

• Here we can offer you several alternatives. To start with, selected specialists can transform your black and white photos into true works of art. We can also offer all products in colour on the basis of a black and white photo.
  Furthermore, we are also happy to transform your photos into colour photos and produce a colour painting (for example) from this. You will receive the colour photo beforehand for approval.

I have several photos to choose from. What are your most popular subjects for oil paintings?

• Portraits of couples: Our customers are happy to have their wedding photos painted or drawn, to have a beautiful memento of the best day of their lives. Older wedding photos are also a popular choice as a gift from grandchildren to their grandparents. However, normal portraits of couples from their holidays are also very popular and are much in demand as gifts.
• Portraits of children and babies are also among the most popular gifts with us. Parents have their little ones painted for their own lounge, or to present grandparents with these remarkable portraits. These pictures are unforgettable mementoes.
• Family portraits with more than 10 people adorn the walls of many of our customers´ homes and apartments. They are especially popular as gifts for silver and golden wedding anniversaries. If there should be a person missing from a photo we will be happy to insert them.
• Animal portraits or animal paintings of your beloved cat, the cheeky or cuddly-looking dog and also the proud horse are amongst the most popular models for our pictures. Naturally, here we can also combine several different originals and, for example, incorporate the names in an artistic script. You will always receive a proof print of a collage in advance for approval.

What painting techniques do you offer?

• In addition to oil paintings, we can also offer you fabulous drawings produced from charcoal, sepia, pencil or pastels. These artworks are of extremely fine quality. Furthermore, we can also produce your picture using acrylic paints.

Can you put parts of various pictures together to produce one picture?

• That is no problem. Please send us your images and we will be happy to draw up an individual quote for you.
